Amazon has started rolling out major Apple discounts ahead of Prime Big Deal Days 2026, with deals now available on AirPods, MacBook Air, iPad Air, iPad mini and Apple Watch models. The main Amazon sale is scheduled for October 6 and 7, but several Apple offers are already live for Prime members.
One of the biggest early offers is the AirPods Pro 3 at $179, down from Apple’s $249 price. The $70 reduction matches the lowest price MacRumors has tracked for the earbuds, making it one of the more notable Apple deals available before the main event begins.
Which Apple Products Have the Biggest Discounts?
The M5 MacBook Air is also receiving substantial price cuts. Amazon is offering $200 off nearly every M5 MacBook Air configuration, covering both 13-inch and 15-inch models. The 13-inch version with 16GB memory and 512GB storage is available for $1,099, compared with $1,299 previously. The 15-inch 16GB/512GB model is listed at $1,299, down from $1,499. MacRumors says these are among the best prices seen on the M5 MacBook Air following Apple’s summer price increases.
The M4 iPad Air is also part of the early sale, with discounts reaching $149. The 11-inch 128GB Wi-Fi model is listed at $649, while the 13-inch 128GB version is $849. Some of these prices are also being matched by Best Buy.
For shoppers looking for a smaller tablet, the iPad mini 7 starts at $499 for the 128GB Wi-Fi model, a $100 reduction from its previous $599 price.
Apple Watch models are seeing some of the sharper reductions. The Apple Watch SE 3 starts at $199 for the 40mm GPS version, while the 44mm model is $229. Both represent $50 discounts and match their respective record-low prices tracked by MacRumors. The Apple Watch Series 12 is also at new lows, while the Apple Watch Ultra 4 is down to $699.99 in one configuration.
Should Shoppers Buy Now or Wait for Prime Big Deal Days?
This is where the timing of the Amazon Prime Day 2026 deals becomes important.
Amazon’s main Prime Big Deal Days 2026 event officially runs for 48 hours from October 6 through October 7. Amazon says new “Today’s Big Deals” will launch three times a day during the event, meaning the early prices currently available are not necessarily the only major discounts shoppers will see.
That creates two different buying opportunities. Shoppers who want a product already at a record-low price, such as the AirPods Pro 3 at $179, have a stronger reason to act early. Others may prefer to monitor the October 6–7 event for additional discounts or different configurations.
Prime Membership is Required for the Sale
Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days offers are exclusive to Prime members. Amazon currently lists Prime at $14.99 per month or $139 per year in the U.S., while new customers can use a 30-day trial to access eligible deals.
For Apple shoppers, the early sale is already significant because several products are sitting at or near their lowest tracked prices. The bigger question now is whether Amazon’s main October sale will push those prices even lower or introduce new offers across Apple’s product range.
